Here at Our Savior's, we appreciate a warm, sunny summer weekend with lots of activities like the 54th Festival of the Arts. Well, there's lots happening here at OSLC this week as well. Today in the

Hope For Kidz - Haiti's Future Leaders
|
RMI's Hope For Kidz child sponsorship program helps families cover the cost of education and provides hope for their futures. You can sponsor a child in Haiti through Hope For Kidz. Contact Marybeth Buck for more information.
Good Samaritan Ministries will offer an employment seminar called , "I WANT TO FIND A JOB", July 27, 28, 31, August 1, 9:30 a.m. - noon at the GSM office at 7929 SW Cirrus Dr. Bldg. 23, Beaverton. Pam Gross leads this class on learning job interviewing skills and much more. Pam has helped thousands find their way in the sometimes confusing and difficult world of seeking employment. There is a $10.00 fee to cover the cost of the materials. Call 503-644-2339.

 Be sure to stop by the Fireside Room this Sunday between worship services to check out the latest goodies from Fair Trade. Proceeds from the sale of these delicious coffees, teas and chocolates benefit the OSLC mission, Hope for Kidz.
We have received news out of Newberg that the House of Zion mission building is currently under renovation and they do not have a facility for storage and distribution of your donations. Marta & Polo regret this temporary inconvenience for our members, however you can still bring your in-kind, items for donation to Our Savior's and place them in the Fireside Room. There will be a sign for Sam's Attic, the HOZ mission partner, who will be handling the items in the interim.

2017 Golf Tournaments/Dinner
OSLC is sponsoring two golf tournaments and a catered dinner in support of the Royal Family Kids' Camp.
- The men's Golf Tournament is Tuesday, July 25, 7:15 am.
- The women's Golf Tournament is Thurs., Aug. 24, 8:00 am.
The catered dinner will be held at OSLC on July 25, 5:00 pm. All are invited to participate in the golf and/or dinner fellowship. Flyers with details are available in the narthex, on the website, or
