Arkansas Hunter Jumper Association
This month we're featuring news submitted by  Arkansas Hunter Jumper Association President Misty Morgan:

The past few months have been busy for AHJA. In April, members were able to participate in a  two-day clinic with Joey Brumbaugh of Tulsa, Okla. Grant money from USHJA helped us to bring Joey in, and he also held an "Ask the Judge" conversation over dinner hosted by Zone 7 Committee Chair Nancy Jones. We had three "R" judges (Joey, Nancy and Misty Morgan) on hand to answer any questions. Two weeks later we had our first show of the year that included USHJA Equitation classes and new Thoroughbred Incentive Program classes. We want to thank the USHJA grant program for helping to kick off our year!

Arkansas Hunter Jumper Association is a group of members who enjoy showing Hunter and Jumper horses, attending clinics and learning about the welfare of the horse. The association began as an English Riding Club in the 1970's. Click here for more info.
