There has been an unusual act of God requiring a location and schedule change. A lightning strike on the St. Olaf campus has burned out the electronics on the Boe Chapel organ and it cannot be repaired prior to our July 10 event. The organ is so critical to both the worship service being planned as well as the opening plenary that a change of venue is required. Rather than going to the St. Olaf campus on Monday, July 10, we will instead go to the beautiful worship space at Augustana Lutheran Church in West St. Paul, MN. They have a stunning 50 rank GLATTER-GÖTZ/ROSALES ORGAN built in 2005 residing in their wonderful acoustical environment. It will provide an inspirational beginning to our conference. Jamie Bobb, the St. Olaf College Cantor to the Student Congregation will be on the organ bench bringing a bit of St. Olaf to Augustana Lutheran Church.
