PARENTS

2017-2018 Tuition Plans
All 2017-2018 FACTS payment plans have now been finalized. You (or the member of your family who set up your family's account) should have received either a confirmation email or a letter in the mail regarding your balance and payment schedule. Please locate the confirmation notice and review it as all payments begin in July. Note that FACTS Management communicates via mail or email, using the method that you selected during the enrollment process.  Some families may notice a service fee on their agreement. As communicated in February, FACTS now charges a service fee for the use of a credit card. You have the option to change the payment method to your bank account,  which will allow you to avoid this fee. Your payment method may be changed by logging into your FACTS account. Contact FACTS directly if you have any questions about making this change at (866) 441-4637.
