A couple reminders to begin this week. The VBR provides you with free use of the Tech Helpline; a service for Realtors® only. These guys are like the generic version of the Apple Genius Bar. When you have computer, printer, phone (maybe not your 8-Track!), please remember they are there for you. Their number is below on the right in the support lines section.
We have just launched Trenlii offering you a new approach to market statistics and predictive analytics. Training is on-going Click Here for more on training.

We goofed. A typo got past us and into print in the "Vail Home Magazine". The "May Market Update" mistakenly indicates that the average sale price YTD in 2016 was $9,777,742. Of course, the correct number is '$977,742' and anyone who reads further will see that the +30.8 % increase makes no sense. This error will haunt us for the next thirty days. I apologize if this causes you any client stress. Corrections will appear in the "Vail Daily" real estate section every Saturday this month. Please rest assured we take great care in publishing this information and we have put new procedures in place to prevent this from happening again.
Our first Affiliate Member lead group met this week. Leads groups are a way for Affiliates to share information and grow their business among a group of non-competing members. If we have demand, we will expand to more leads groups. Contact Erica Kirk if you are interested in participating.
