J Dooley is currently a student at Howard University, pursuing a PhD of Sociology. He specializes in social inequality, race, sexuality, and mental health.  Aside from education, Dooley is passionate about the culinary arts, drag as an art-form, health and wellness. You may catch him lifting weights at your local gym or catching a bite at restaurants around the DMV area.  J started working with Metro DC PFLAG in May 2017 but first became acquainted with the work of PFLAG National in 2006 after a professor encouraged him to come out the closet and live life out loud.  You can contact J at [email protected].
