Entry Deadline for the Zone 3 Stirrup Cup Championship is Tomorrow!
The Zone 3 Stirrup Cup Championships are coming up June 25 at the June One Day Horse Show in Owings Mills, Maryland, and ENTRIES CLOSE JUNE 22!

Stirrup Cup Championship classes are open to all competitors who meet the minimum eligibility requirements outlined in Section I of the  2017 USHJA Stirrup Cup Program and Championship Event Specifications .
Deadline to Apply for College Scholarship is July 1!

Right now, USHJA invites members of ALL AGES to team up and put their horsemanship knowledge to the test in the 30-day USHJA Horsemanship Quiz Challenge Stable Challenge . One winning barn in each Zone will be awarded a great prize pack!

4. Enter your trainer's name (trainer must be a USHJA member)

5. Repeat!

Also, congratulations to Isabella Cheers, Alisyn Crowell and Samantha Hawrysko , who were awarded EAP Grants thanks to USHJA Zone 3 and the  USHJA Foundation . Crowell and Hawrysko, of Woodbridge, Virginia, will participate in the Virginia Horse Center session later this summer.

Zone 3 Members Receive USHJA Foundation Gochman Family Grant to Attend USEF Pony Finals
 
C ongratulations to Zone 3's  Logan Blake Crouser, Olivia deStanley and Ella Doerr on being selected as the 2017 USHJA Foundation Gochman Family Grant recipients!  

Crouser, deStanley and Doerr will be attending the 2017 USEF Pony Finals presented by Collecting Gaits Farm, Aug. 8-13 at The Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, as recipients of the grant.
 
"These young ladies exemplify the purpose of this grant with their dedication, hard work, and commitment to horsemanship," said Jennifer Burger, president of the USHJA Foundation. "We were elated by the large response we received, and we thank everyone who submitted an application."  Read more .

USHJA Youth Leadership Award Identifies potential future leaders in the equine industry, while recognizing youth for their achievements. Sept. 1
