The City of Manitowoc and Friends of Red Arrow Park will hold a celebration of the Rededication of Red Arrow Park on Saturday, July 15. All Berlin Crisis Red Arrow Veterans should gather at the mural on the north end of the park at 9:00am for pictures. The Rededication Ceremony will be held at the Memorial Brick area from 10:30am-12:00pm. The public is invited!
