Group Fitness Announcement

Just a quick note....

Greg Lindsay is joining the A Sante team. He will be teaching YOGA on Saturday mornings at 9:30. 

JUNE NEWS!
  • Monday morning Yoga at 9:15 with Kellee will now be a GENTLE YOGA class.
  • Tuesday morning GENTLE YOGA at 7:45 will now be taught by Tammy Graham. 
  • Saturday morning SPIN is cancelled for the summer. 
  • Vicki will be filling the Saturday morning spot at 7:45 with her awesome CARDIO, STRENGTH & POWER CLASS.
  • Greg will be teaching Yoga on Saturday mornings at 9:30.
  • Sunday morning Yoga is cancelled for the summer.
A current schedule is attached. Come to class and meet our teachers. They are amazing.

9:15-10:15   BUTTS & GUTTS with Katie K
5:30-6:30     SPIN with Katie P.

WEDNESDAY
7:00-8:00     SPIN with Katie P.
9:15-10:30   YOGA  with Morgan
5:30-6:30     ZUMBA with Katie K
7:00-8:30     POLE FITNESS - BEGINNER POLE with Tammy  (No Experience Required - There is an extra fee for this class)

THURSDAY
7:45-9:00     GENTLE YOGA with Sarah
9:15-10:30   POWER STEP/RIP with Vicki
5:30-6:30     SPIN  with Rich

FRIDAY
7:00-8:00    SPIN with Katie P
9:15-10:15   CARDIO BLAST with Katie K  
6:00-7:30     POLE FITNESS - OPEN POLE PRACTICE with Tammy (No Experience Required - There is an extra fee for this class)

SATURDAY
7:45-9:00     CARDIO/POWER/STRENGTH with Vicki  
9:30-10:45  YOGA with Greg
