Please help us provide a warm welcome to our newest team member, Robert Quinn.
Robert has joined us as the Training and Exercise Coordinator after spending the past three years with the Indiana Department of Homeland Security. Robert began his emergency management career in the Indiana State Emergency Operations Center as a Watch Desk Officer. He was later promoted to the Domestic Security Planner, managing preparedness duties for man-made hazards within the Division of Planning & Assessment Division. He later managed the statewide continuity of operations program as the State Continuity Program Director. During his time in Indiana, Robert had the opportunity to present in front of the United States Congressional School Safety Caucus at the United States Capitol Building, discussing the school safety efforts being completed by the State of Indiana. Robert earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the Ball State University in Indiana.   • May 9-10, Tillamook, OR: Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Grant Workshop. This is a two-day workshop that takes you through the life cycle of a Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) grant from proposal to closeout.
