We have received the following information from DNR regarding the second hydrilla treatment for the lake.
"The second Deep Creek Lake hydrilla treatment is scheduled to take place Tuesday, June 27. Treatment is subject to change due to conditions and weather (as always).
Field visits have confirmed that hydrilla has emerged from the lake sediments. Dive teams will be on the lake Tuesday and Wednesday this week to investigate its extent. If you see red or white dive flags, please provide for a wide berth.
Follow-up emails will notify you of changes to the proposed date(s). We will provide as much advance notice as possible but please understand that changes can be caused up to the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances.
