Join local music industry professionals and working musicians for FREE series of networking events that combine a panel discussion on an industry topic and a showcase performance by several local artists.

Chatham gave birth to many of Chicago's greats, Common, Chance the Rapper, Taylor Bennett and Mahalia Jackson. Join us as we share how you can leverage local resources to increase your following and attract the attention and support of the world! This panel will feature some of Chicago's most talented artists and industry professionals presented by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events in collaboration with Donda's House, Inc. live from the historic Southside Community!

Congratulations CityArts Grant Recipients
DCASE is proud to announce the list of 2017 CityArts Program grant recipients. The CityArts Program seeks to encourage nonprofit organizations to attain artistic excellence and financial stability by providing general operating support to Chicago-based, arts and culture-focused, non-profit organizations with budgets under $2 million. These grants are part of the City of Chicago's Cultural Grants Program that provides $1.7 million annually in direct funding for Chicago's arts community.
