The City of Vaughan is looking for a qualified person to fill the vacant seat of Local and Regional Councillor.
Applications are being accepted until June 22 and Council will appoint someone at a Special Council Meeting on June 28 at 9:30 a.m.

Mayor's Gala raises more than $700,000

Curbside giveaway is back

Spring cleaners and treasure hunters unite! What's old is new again during curbside giveaway. From June 24-25 place used items in good condition on your property next to the sidewalk or curb for others to take.

Leaf and yard waste collection continues

Leaf and yard waste will be collected every other week from June 6 to Oct. 6. Don't forget to use kraft paper bags designed for leaf and yard waste material or open-top rigid containers with handles,
without lids
and marked LEAF AND YARD WASTE.

Willis Road Bridge restoration

Construction work has begun to restore the Willis Road Bridge located on Willis Road between Riverside Drive and Islington Avenue. While there may be delays, the expected completion date is end of November 2017.
