A Grateful Farewell

I have always been in awe of the practice of medicine, and as a doctor both in training and practice, have never taken for granted the sacredness of the doctor-patient relationship.  It is rare that patients see us when they are feeling balanced and well; usually, they are ill, distraught, and vulnerable, and look to a practitioner for solutions to achieve well-being.
News from the Integrative Health Symposium
Last month Dr. Stram and I were down in NYC for the Integrative Health Symposium. There were many speakers in attendance including Deepak Chopra and David Perlmutter (author of The Grain Brain). The symposium had a strong emphasis on nutrition and health.

What: A free support group for all teens and young adults who are afflicted with Lyme are welcome! You do not have to be a patient at the Stram Center.
