Nourishing Meditations
Monday Mornings & Evenings in Noe Valley
with Rose Taylor Goldfiel d

April 9th to June 4th (no class Memorial Day)
10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
or
7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

In this 8-week series (offered both on Monday mornings and Monday evenings), we will practice a variety of meditation methods to support us in these turbulent times. There is so much for us to be concerned about, and that can lead to feelings of tension, exhaustion, and depletion. These meditations are helpful for creating balance, stress-tolerance and, even, joy in our lives. We will let off some steam and relearn to relax!

Our practice session s will include:
  • Calm-Abiding Meditation
  • Melting Into Earth Meditation
  • Expansive Embodiment Practice
  • Gentle meditational movement (see video)
This class is offered as a 8-session series (you can join the morning group, the evening group, or via mp3 recording). All participants will receive recordings of all sessions so that you can practice the meditations at home with guidance, or in case you have to miss a class.

Space is limited, so please register early. The course fee is: $160.

To register, please email (and state your preference for either the morning or evening class):
