OLD FRIENDS WELCOMES WINSTON FROM 
THE KENTUCKY DERBY MUSEUM

Winston, the Kentucky Derby Museum's star miniature horse, will be publicly retiring after 22 years of service, and spending his pensioned years at Old Friends, the Thoroughbred retirement farm based in Georgetown, KY. 

You are invited to join us at Old Friends, 1841 Paynes Depot Road, Georgetown, KY, for Winston's welcome celebration on Monday March 5th at approximately 12 noon. 

The events begin at the Kentucky Derby Museum in Louisville, KY, at 10 am with an  official groundbreaking ceremony for the Museum's $6.5 million expansion and renovation project  in the Museum's garden terrace.

At approximately 11 am, after one  final trip through the Museum, Sallee Vans will transport Winston to his new home at Old Friends.
