I'm so excited that the days are getting longer and the warmth is returning... I think ...  
It feels like it's been a long winter ... and even longer when I looked out the window this morning ... ew.

Just sending a few reminders of upcoming spring events.  Take a moment to check out the workshops, classes and opportunities to support your wellness. 

I've added a couple of new dates for Mini-Retreats!  May 13th has 6 spots open still and June 17 has 9 open spots.  Don't hesitate to register as these events tend to fill very quickly.  

And based on need, I've added a couple of new workshops!

Rock & Roll Workshop!  Learn techniques using Therapy Balls & Therapeutic Yoga to release tension and tightness throughout your entire body.  You'll feel soft and squishy (in a good way) when we're done!

Happy Feet Workshop!  Take 2 hours out of your week to pamper and show your feet some lovin'!  Walking on clouds ... that is what you'll feel like when we are done!

Registration for May-June classes is now open!  Be sure to register right away to get into the class times you want. 

If you are new to my classes, you will see and feel and come to know that there is no 'failing' ... every class will teach you something new and will bring you a new awareness within.  All movements are gentle and safe and will always work with the range that you have available in the moment. Join me for an experience like no other in a class that is not like anything else out there.  Beginners and experienced yogis always welcome.  Come and learn a different way to move and be.

These 3-hour events are fun, educational, relaxing and much, much more. 
Learn about and feel therapeutic movements to help release tension and increase ease and freedom in your body.  Workshop includes a little gift, snacks, resources and more.  Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. 

Join me for May and June dates!  Each one ends up being a different experience because I teach to the group, and no two groups are alike :)  You will always leave feeling more relaxed, and with more freedom in body, mind and spirit .... along with a new perspective and new movements you can easily do at home to continue unravelling tension, decreasing pain and increasing mobility.  Skeptical?  Try a session and feel it for yourself.

Private Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

Are you living with pain or tension?  Have you tried everything but nothing seems to really work, or you have to keep going back??  Want to 'fix yourself' and move towards better function?  Therapeutic yoga can help.

If you're looking for a different way to deal with your pain and tension, I invite you to try therapeutic yoga/movement, a unique way of looking at the body as a whole, complete unit.  If you want to take control and work on yourself, and are committed to doing the consistent work, private movement therapy sessions can absolutely help .  

This work will help you progress quickly and can help decrease and even eliminate eliminate pain and tension, and help increase your mobility.  You will learn concepts, principles and movements that you can easily do to support yourself.  You'll leave with a written program specifically to work on between sessions.
