New OSHA FactSheet Addressing Silica Rule for General Industry, Maritime
OSHA has published a new FactSheet aimed at helping employers comply with the standard on worker exposure to respirable crystalline silica (1926.1153) for general industry and maritime. The standard went into effect in June of 2016, but general industry and maritime have until June 23, 2018 to comply.
