On Wednesday May 24th, MTEC hosted a Supply Chain Partners event in which suppliers and manufacturers from across industries attended. The event created an opportunity for manufacturers and suppliers to make connections and build relationships locally.
  Mr. Edward Noll, Jr., Buyer for JBT Corporation said he  signed up with the intent of looking for new suppliers, and found exactly what he was looking for.

MTEC Welcomes Four New Interns

MTEC values providing students the opportunity  to apply knowledge from their coursework to projects with manufacturers in the Hudson Valley. Here, they not only have the ability to work alongside members of our team, but to become a integral part of it. In this collaborative learning environment, interns can share and develop their own, innovative ideas. 



We look forward to working with these bright, young individuals!

JumpStart Program for NY State Small Businesses
Application Due Date: July 8, 2017
Hosted by: Cornell Center for Materials Reseach

The program is   a partnership that pairs New York State small businesses that have well-defined technical needs with Cornell faculty and students who have the expertise to help. Fall projects will begin September 2017.

JumpStart provides:
  • A semester-long project (4 months) that utilizes Cornell University resources
  • Up to $5,000 in matching NYSTAR funding
  • An opportunity to build a relationship with university faculty and staff
CCMR Symposium 2017
