The 1000 Islands Charity Poker Run is a grassroots, volunteer-driven event dedicated to the charitable needs and economic development of the Thousand Islands Region. ALL proceeds from this year’s event will be donated to our partner charities, Make A Wish of Central New York and the River Community Wellness Center at River Hospital. This year’s event will kick-off Thursday, July 19, 2018 with boats on display and a Street Party throughout all of downtown Clayton. The Run will take place on Saturday, July 21, 2018.

    Entries are non-transferrable. 

    Please make sure your phone number and email address is accurate when you register - we will be sending out updates with important information leading up to the event!  
     
    The entry fee is $675 and includes the driver and one crew member. Additional crew members are $150 per person. This includes your entry fee for the poker run, custom TICPR T-Shirt, Captain’s gift, Saturday morning Captain's breakfast, lunch, dinner reception and attendance at awards banquet and auction on Saturday night.     The $675 entry fee must be paid at the time of registration. Additional crew can be added separately until a couple weeks prior to the event.
     
    *** INSURANCE REQUIREMENT ***
    Proof of insurance is required with your entry and must submitted to us by MAY 1, 2018 -     failure to send your proof of insurance will forefit your registration to the event. You may submit  your proof of insurance by:

    Slip Assignment

    Registration includes dock space/rafts for Friday & Saturday - July 20 & 21, 2018 at the Clayton Harbor Municipal Marina or based on the time/date of your registration at the Village of Clayton Municipal Docks. The TICPR Committee and/or Harbormaster reserves the right to make changes to slip assignments based on the needs and logistics of the event. 
     
    If you plan on coming before Friday you are responsible for reserving your own dock slip through the town of Clayton -Clayton Harbor Marina.
