Muddy Waters Mural Dedication on June 8, noon
Kicking off the Chicago Blues Festival weekend, the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events and the Chicago Loop Alliance will host a dedication ceremony and tribute performance for the Muddy Waters Mural by world-renowned artist Eduardo Kobra. Located at State and Washington Streets, the mural honors Muddy Waters, the artist who electrified the blues and created a Chicago sound that continues to influence generations of musicians.
