There are four (4) pruning cycles included in the Avenel landscape maintenance contract. The 1st pruning cycle is scheduled to begin in early May with the last pruning cycle ending in late October.
In an effort to update our tracking system and fulfill the specific individual requests of residents while maintaining our timed schedule, in the event that you have any non-routine specific "special" pruning requests, McFall and Berry will be arranging meetings with Inmer Espinal for new homeowners only. Meetings are scheduled to take place between April 16 - April 20, 2018.
These requests are not required and only necessary in the event you have a specific special request that you would like addressed.
McFall and Berry will be adhering to the standing specifications from 2017 for existing homeowners.

Specific requests not received by April 20th may be deferred until the next appropriate pruning cycle, although the normal, routine services will be provided.

The starting locations of our crews are prioritized by Management based on the greatest need in the community. Villages are rotated throughout the course of the year. Please refer to the landscaping schedule for the village cycles and start dates of a particular service. Contract pruning includes services as stated on the Avenel website under landscaping services.
