- Hire a Director of Life Long Learning (a new position that will oversee the religious school and help coordinate other kinds of TBC learning opportunities)
- Hire a Student Cantor for next year
Cindy Baulsir will be sending out more information as the recruitment for the two new positions moves forward. Meanwhile we have a new interim cantor, Dana Anesi, who also has a full-time position as the Director of Fieldwork at HUC (Hebrew Union College) in New York.

Order Shalach Manot for Purim Now!
Two of the mitzvot that are associated with Purim are the sending of gifts of food and the giving of tzedakah. In the Book of Esther, Mordechai wrote to the Jews "to observe the days as days of feasting and joy and giving presents of food to one another and gifts to the poor"! At TBC, we combine these 2 mitzvot into our Shalach Manot fundraiser, a fun way to support TBC by sending gifts to friends as well as TBC clergy, staff, teachers and tutors. Please join us in celebrating Purim through this annual tradition!

Deadline for Orders: Saturday, February 24, 2018!
Thanks for your support of TBC!

 Social Action Volunteers Needed!
TBC Social Action Committee. The TBC Social Action Committee has many local ways for you to help others, from pitching in at a soup kitchen to preparing dinner at an emergency shelter. New opportunities, dates, and times are posted to the TBC website, so please take a look and see where you can help.
Other Community Opportunities. There are also other ways to get involved in our communities. You can serve as a foster family, deliver food to those in need, and/or host a high school child in the ABC program.
