Take Action: Urge Congress to Pass the Dream Act Now!
Time is running out for Congress to enact a permanent, legislative fix to the termination of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Congress should act now to protect undocumented immigrant youth known as DREAMers by passing a clean Dream Act.

DACA protects nearly 800,000 DREAMers who were brought to the United States as children from deportation and provides them the opportunity to obtain work permits, attend school, and contribute openly to our economy. Many DREAMers know no other home but the United States. Each day that Congress delays acting on the Dream Act, approximately 122 people are losing their DACA protections.

The bipartisan Dream Act of 2017 (S.1615/H.R.3440) would grant DACA recipients permanent residence status and provide a pathway to citizenship for these undocumented immigrant youth who attend college, work in the U.S., or serve in the military.
