The report, recently released by the World Economic Forum, highlights an ever-evolving set of risks that threaten to upend society throughout the globe, including climate change, species' extinction, income inequality, youth unemployment, privacy, cybercrime and cracks in the financial system.

The Chicago Botanic Garden (Jean Franczyk) set a new record for attendance in 2017 with more than 1.1 million visitors.
This figure marks a 3% attendance increase over 2016, and the fifth straight year of attendance over the one million mark.
"We were happy to host over one million people looking to enjoy being immersed in nature. People are voting with their feet," Garden CEO and President Jean Franczyk said.
