Forbes Magazine Highlights NSU Shepard Broad College of Law for Innovation in Online Education
Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017

Forbes Magazine has highlighted NSU Law for its innovation in providing online education across both the JD and MS Degrees. Online education provides mobility and flexibility, while "traditional students are able to take a subset of their courses online, which makes the student experience more convenient for them by cutting out commuting time and costs and also allows Nova to serve more part-time students," states Michael Horn.

An expert on disruptive innovation, NSU Law's, Dean Jon Garon, is featured in this article, noting "that a critical skill set students need, is the ability to run their own law practices". NSU Law provides a course on "strategic management for lawyers, as well as a course to help lawyers manage technology in the firm. The idea is to build options for students to learn how to control their own practice amidst disruption," writes Horn. | Read Full Article here
