On Wednesday, May 31, Crean Lutheran honored its top students in Academics, Arts, Athletics, and Leadership at its annual Awards Night. Congratulations to all the students who received an award. Your CLHS family is proud of you!
All student-athletes participating in a school sport can complete their CIF-required physical on Thursday, June 8 for a $30 fee. Please complete the first page of the Participation Physical Evaluation Form before the event. The form is available at the front desk or online by clicking here.
The event will take place in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) at the following times: rising Juniors and Seniors at
2:00 p.m., Sophomores at
3:00 p.m., Freshmen and/or transfer students at
4:00 p.m.
Crean Lutheran is blessed to host its eighth annual Graduation Service. The Class of 2017 will be honored at the Saddleback Worship Center at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 10. Graduation will be streamed live online (click here). For more information, visit the Class of 2017 webpage here.

BAGATOURIAN NAMED IRVINE ALL-CITY MVP
CLHS Senior Michael Bagatourian was named the Most Valuable Player of the Boys Basketball Irvine City Team. Michael will continue his basketball career next year at Biola University.
AP ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE CLASS GOES ON BACK BAY FIELD TRIP
The AP Environmental Science class went to the Back Bay Science Center in Newport Beach on May 24. They took water quality measurements, collected and analyzed plankton under microscopes, collected and analyzed organisms in mud samples, and observed tide pool organisms such as sea stars, sea cucumbers, urchins, and sea anemones.
CLHS MAKE-A-WISH CLUB RECOGNIZED AS FIRST EVER OC HIGH SCHOOL TO GRANT BACK-TO-BACK WISHES
The CLHS Make-A-Wish club raised $5,000 to grant a wish to a child with a life-threatening medical condition. This is the second year in a row the Make-A-Wish club has raised enough funds to grant a wish. The club was recognized in chapel last week as the only high school in Orange Country to grant a wish two years in a row!
