River Cities United Way, Kingman Clean City Commission and C.A.R.E. aka Sandbox Beautification Committee are encouraging families, local businesses, civic clubs, churches and other groups to get involved in our community by registering volunteer teams to help. Day of Caring is more than just a community service project. It is truly a win-win for you and your organization! Benefits include: giving back to the community, team building for your organization, increasing community awareness, networking with others and seeing first-hand the impact United Way has on the quality of life in Kingman.

River Cities United Way is gearing up to kick-off the 2017-2018 campaign year.

 Save the Date!
Kingman:  September 13 in the evening
Lake Havasu City: September 22 at lunch time

We'll bring you up to date on our efforts towards our mission: INVESTING IN IMPACT
* To raise the High School Graduation Rate
* To reduce the number of families that are Financial Unstable
* To increase the number of families that are Healthy

Anna Chaulk, Community Affairs Manager at APS presented a corporate match gift to Lyn Demaret of River Cities United Way on Thursday, June 1.  These funds will be added to our Community Fund, which supports our partner agencies like Parker Senior Center, which served 13,000 congregate meals and 21,332 home delivered meals to seniors over a 12-month period.


 
$23,347.64 was saved by members of our community during the month of April!
