LifeSmile Wellness Communications Program
Did you know that Delta Dental has a national wellness communications program called LifeSmile? We want our members to know how much their oral health affects their overall health, and this wellness program helps us accomplish this through a series of flyers, rack cards, posters, emails, and direct mail pieces. These pieces can be used by your clients on their wellness sites, emailed to employees, or printed out and posted in break rooms. The program is intended to help educate members about the importance of their oral health, how it relates to their overall health, and how they can best use their dental benefits to take care of it.

We include a different LifeSmile collateral piece in every employer newsletter (sent out quarterly), so your clients may have seen or used some of them already. Feel free to download the accompanying pieces and send them to your clients. We also have them available in Spanish.

Below is just a small sample of the materials available. We will soon be adding a new page to our
Oral Health & Wellness site to include the full spectrum of LifeSmile materials.

Bringing the House Call Back to Colorado
Dispatch Health, founded in 2013, is redefining  health care  delivery by providing many emergency room services in the patient's own home. Dispatch sends board - certified doctors, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, and EMTs equipped to handle a wide range of injuries and illnesses. The company calls in prescriptions, updates primary care doctors, and handles insurance billing for a fraction of the cost of an ER visit. Additionally, the patient experience is greatly  improved  and the bounce - back rate for subsequent care is significantly reduced. Dispatch Health is now accepted by many major medical insurance carriers, as well as Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. Currently ,  Dispatch is seeing patients up and down the I - 25 corridor. They plan to expand to two other cities within the  year and  to be in ten cities within two years. Dispatch Health is an excellent example of Colorado companies looking to revolutionize  health care  through the power of technology, convenience ,  and service.
