YEMEN FOR PRESIDENT!
Okay, maybe not.
Yemen, located just south of Saudi Arabia at the southern tip of the Arabian Peninsula,is a region known for their unique, vibrant coffees. Coffee is grown on terraces carved into the rugged terrain, and cherries are hand-picked on small family farms. Since Yemen coffee is grown at high elevations with little rainfall, the beans are sun-dried (natural), which tends to enhance the sweetness of the cup.
The pleasant savory taste, creamy body, and fruity aromas of Yemen coffee
make it one of the most intriguing cups the region has to offer.

CHATHAM STREET FOR PRESIDENT!
Now we're getting closer!
At least Chatham Street is a quaint little downtown in Cary, NC.
The restaurant is gone, but their coffee lives on! Chatham Street Cafe was a small restaurant in Downtown Cary, and our very first commercial account. We made a great house blend for them, and when they closed, we thought about retiring or renaming the coffee. But by that time, it had become hugely popular, and it was a good way of remembering our friends there, too.
This coffee is full bodied, with a big, earthy flavor profile. Hints of tobacco, dusky leather, and chocolate, with subtle spices and sweetness reminiscent of root beer. Smokey roast flavors in the finish.
