Dear Friends and Family,

The 12th Annual Yeshivat Noam Golf & Tennis Outing is less than six weeks away on Monday, July 17th at the Montammy Golf Club in Alpine, NJ. We are hard at work planning the events of the day, including golf, tennis, a HUGE raffle and breakfast, BBQ lunch and dinner! We have also planned a full day of activities for women including Paint with Nikki and an exercise class with Rachel Ashendorf!

We look forward to your participation in this important event.

Please click here to register to attend or for information on becoming a sponsor.

If you or anyone of your friends and family have access to items which can be donated to our auction, we would greatly appreciate your help. Gift certificates, special items and memorable experiences are always popular and help the participants - who are also neighbors and patrons - become familiar with your business.

Please click here to make a prize donation. One of our volunteers will contact you to arrange for pick up. Tax deduction receipts can be issued in exchange for the "good/service" that you are donating.

The Bidding for Good online auction showcasing these great prizes will be from Thursday, July 13 through Thursday, July 20 at 9:00 pm. Thank you for all that you do to make our school a better place!

T'zku L'mitzvot!

With thanks,

Auction and Raffle Co-Chairs: Rena Zelig and Dalia Stelzer
Event Co-Chairs: David Isaacson and Akiva Romanoff

Yeshivat Noam Marches for Israel

A large group representing Yeshivat Noam marched last week in the Celebrate Israel Parade. The theme was "Building Israel Together" and everyone wore hats, t-shirts and tool belts with hammers to look like construction workers.  Thank you to everyone who made the Celebrate Israel Parade a success. Thank you to Luis, Carlos and Ricardo, and our security team of Tommy, Darryl and Michael.  Thank you to Morah Adina and Enid Anziska, Mazi Ehrenfeld and Chaya Rochel Gordon. Special thanks to the volunteers on the committee: Elizabeth Naor, Yael Herman, Beth Kepets, Tamar Rothenberg and Rena Zelig.

They learned about food chains, adaptations and tide state of the estuary.

4th Grade Displays Yom Yerushalayim Dioramas

In honor of Yom Yerushalayim, students learned the history of Yerushalayim from בריאת העולם until today: עיר הנצח.  The boys were each assigned to a different era on the timeline to research, write and create a display to share what they have learned with their classmates. They prepared beautiful stones with a diorama depicting the history as well as the lesson that we learn from our eternal city.

Collecting Jerseys and Soccer Balls
Dear Yeshivat Noam Family,

I have chosen Breaking The Chains Through Education (BTCTE) as my chesed for my upcoming Bar Mitzvah. I am collecting SPORTS JERSEYS, SOCCER BALLS and gently used or new SUMMER CLOTHES. JERSEYS (teams, MGBL, FOOTBALL) of any kind can be donated to the children in Ghana, Africa. They are rescued from slavery and then educated in schools built by the BTCTE organization.

A labeled box in the Middle School and  Elementary School buildings near the office is  where you can drop off the donations.

Thanks so much !
