New DPS Branding, Templates, Photo Library (and More!) are Ready for You to Use
We know you're busy -- and trying to choose between Tahoma and Helvetica fonts shouldn't be part of your workload. Now, when it comes to branding, we've done the work for you.  Communications has launched DPS' new brand standards, complete with templates, photos, icons and more to help you create stellar collateral and communications with just a few clicks. Visit thecommons.dpsk12.org/branding to see all that's available for you to use today!

Some of these new features include:
  • Overall DPS brand standards, including preferred fonts and colors.
  • Department brand standards with customized colors and logos available.
  • A library of photos and icons ready to download.
  • Updated email signatures and new business cards.
  • Templates for one-pagers in Word and InDesign, as well as PowerPoint presentations.
  • Clear web standards to ensure websites are accessible for the entire community.
We are all one DPS -- and we believe that a unified brand builds credibility for us
as a district and gives families the reassurance that DPS is behind all of our efforts. Team members are encouraged to start using these resources whenever possible so that Team DPS shine s through all the work we do.

Stay tuned in the coming weeks for spotlights on these resources and more, and how all team members can use them in their role. If you have questions, or are interested in updating these resources for your specific school, email [email protected]

Save the Date: You Must Take Action During Open Enrollment, April 23-May 11
Open enrollment -- the time when you elect benefits for the following year -- is April 23-May 11. This year is an active enrollment year. That means every benefits-eligible employee must take action and select or waive benefits.

Thanks to helpful feedback from our team members, we have made it easier than ever to elect your benefits this year. Our new benefits enrollment site allows you to shop for benefits, add them to your cart and see your out-of-pocket costs up front.

Stay tuned for more information from Human Resources in DPS newsletters, your email inbox and home mailbox for resources to help you make the best choice for your medical care.

Living Our DPS Honoree

Tabitha Jones
ELA Teacher, Swigert International School
Equity

"Tabitha Jones is an incredibly dedicated teacher at Swigert International who goes above and beyond for her students and her team. She demonstrates the Shared Core Value of Equity by pursuing opportunities and support for our ELD students . When they were doing a lesson on places in the city, Tabitha realized the majority of her students lacked background knowledge of downtown attractions. She quickly organized a fieldwork experience and brought her students to the Denver Aquarium and other city sites. Tabitha is a great member of our team!"
