All School Picnic:  Last night we enjoyed our first all school picnic at Lakefront Park. Our School Advisory Council hosted the event and served us delicious root beer floats made from Culvers custard. The face painting table was rocking with Raina Tremain, Bethany Erkel, Maria LoPresto, Mary Bradfield and Abby Ziemkowski busy the entire evening painting butterflies, flowers and Go Blues on many of our faces. Thank you girls for your time! The event was a huge success with all of us enjoying tug of war, water balloon activities, and hanging out with one another.   I am very appreciative of both Mrs. Tremain and Mrs. Sevcik for planning this picnic and for all of SAC for hosting the evening with them.

Graduation Mass: Please join us Wednesday, June 7th at 6:00pm for our 8th Grade Graduation Mass and Ceremony. A reception follows the mass in Archangels Hall. All are welcome.

2017 Parent Survey: Parents please let us know how we are doing serving your family. St. Michael Catholic School's mission is to meet the spiritual, academic and social needs of our students. We need all of our families input. This confidential survey allows us to continually improve our processes, environment, and academic programs. Please take time to fill out the parent survey sent out to you last week. We sincerely thank you in advance for helping to make St. Michael Catholic School the best it can possible be!
With Gratitude, Your School Advisory Council

  healthFrom the Health Aide

Dear Parent/Guardian:

Any medications brought to the health office this year for your student will need to be picked up by the end of the school day on June 7th.  Non-emergency medications (i.e. Tylenol, etc.) may be picked up earlier than June 8th.
NOTE:  Controlled medications cannot be sent home with students.

Should your child require medication for next fall (including Tylenol, Ibuprofen, dietary supplements, non-prescription medications, lotions, etc.), please have your licensed prescriber fill out the front portion of the medication authorization form at your convenience this summer.   A parent/guardian must sign the back of the medication authorization form.  This form can be found on the Prior Lake School website under health services.
Note:  Controlled substances must be brought in by parent/guardian versus by student.

If your student had medication and/or emergency action plans in the health office this year, new forms for next year will be sent home when old medication is picked up.

Have a healthy, enjoyable summer.

St. Michael Catholic School
