Katrina Dudley, CFA
Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, Franklin Templeton Investments

Katrina Dudley is a research analyst and portfolio manager for Franklin Mutual Series. She is co-portfolio manager of Franklin Mutual European Fund and the Luxemburg-registered FTIF Franklin Mutual European Fund and also has global research responsibilities for the industrials sector. She has been a portfolio manager for the past seven years and has been with Franklin Mutual Series for 13 years.

Prior to joining Franklin Mutual Series in 2002, Ms. Dudley was an investment analyst at Federated Investors, Inc. covering the technology and health care sectors. From 1995 to 2001, she worked in the corporate finance division of Ernst & Young LLP, rising to senior manager, where she specialized in valuation and litigation consulting.

Ms. Dudley has an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business, and a B.A. of laws (first class honors) and a B.A. in commerce from Bond University (Australia). She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and an associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). Ms. Dudley is a trustee of Inwood House and The Children's Village.
