Summer Fitness Discounts and 2016-17 Wellness Achievements
Facilitating discounts on fitness programs is one way Employee Wellness supports educators.
In partnership with Wellness Champions, Team DPS celebrated these milestones in 2016-17:
- 1,617 employees participated in Well Aware, earning more than $200,000 in rewards.
- 124 educators completed a 20-hour mindfulness course.
- Team members attended 163 on-site workout classes.

Share Your Well-being Tips and Resources with Team DPS
In the spirit of Collaboration, Employee Wellness is looking to Team DPS to help compile a well-being toolkit that will contain resources, tips, activities and more to promote overall well-being. If you have a healthy recipe, tip, book or activity that you would like to contribute and share with your teammates, please submit the details through this online form.

You can also catch Mortified Live's new show "Summer School" at 7 p.m. or 9:30 p.m. on June 17 at The Oriental Theater. Mortified Live has been called a "cultural phenomenon," featuring adults who share embarrassing childhood artifacts including journals, poems, artwork and home movies. Tickets are $16-$20 and the show is for people ages 18 and older. A portion of the proceeds from both shows benefit DPS!
