Bulk Item Disposal

Bulk items are those things too large to fit into your trash container and are typically items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, etc.

These items are collected weekly on your regular garbage day by your waste hauler. They must be set out at the curb no later than 7:00 am the day of pickup and are often picked up by a separate collection truck.

Do NOT attempt to remove Freon from any unit. Remove doors to refrigerators.

Check with your community for specific guidelines.
