Business Law 101: Managing Business Relationships

SCORE of Fairfield County, Wilton Library and the Wilton Chamber of Commerce present the second seminar of a three-part 'Business Law 101' series. This workshop offers guidelines for managing your business relationships to avoid common costly legal mistakes. Topics covered include: Identifying the Risks in your Business Relationships; Practical Legal Rules to Control Liabilities; and Using Contracts, Insurance and Advisors effectively. Probate Litigation in Connecticut with Michael Kaelin

Attorney and Wilton resident Michael Kaelin will explain how Probate Courts in Connecticut resolve disputes concerning your personal care and finances as well as that of your loved ones when you and they are unable to make these decisions for yourselves. Matters such as money to minor children, compelled medical treatments, conservatorship proceedings for incapable adults, discontinuing end of life care, and inherited wealth are just some of the topics litigated in Probate Courts.
