June 2017

Dear Community Members,

On June 20-22 several members of the Empowering Vital Aging team will be attending the Minnesota Age & Disabilities Odyssey Conference in Duluth.  In addition to sharing best practices with other organizations receiving funding from the MN Department of Human Services, we'll receive  training and technical assistance about its programs and services. This conference is held every other year, and organizers are expecting over 1000 people to attend. We look forward to sharing some of our newly found knowledge about long-term services and supports in our community with you next newsletter!

We recently changed the EVA team's shared email address to [email protected] after discovering a t echnical issue which made the old one inoperable. We  apologize if your email was sent back as "undeliverable" in the past couple of weeks.

Read on to learn more about the services and resources available here at East Side and in our neighborhood during the month of June!

Thanks!
