Summer Reading Sign-up Celebration
On Wednesday, June 21 we will kickoff our
Summer Reading Program. Sign up from 2 to 4
pm
and you will have a chance to win a Lego set. All our building materials will be available to create with. Celebrate the first day of summer with ice cream. Let the reading begin!

Captain Underpants Celebration!
Tra la la......Crafts, activities, games, and more will all be part of the fun on
Thursday June 22 from 2 - 4 pm
in the Children's Room.

Jungle Jim's Minecraft Madness
On
Tuesday, June 27 at 10:30 am
Jungle Jim presents "Minecraft Madness." Building block madness tournament, a riveting zombie chase, and the incredible giant slime ball creation are all part of the fun. Great family show!

Trip to the Dover DPW
On
Thursday, June 29 at 10:00 am,
we will meet at the Dover Department of Public Works at 271 Mast Road and tour this fascinating facility. We will get a chance to check out the big trucks up close.

Book Buffet
Are you hungry for a good book? Kids entering grades 3 and up can join us on
Wednesday, June 28 from 2 - 3 pm
to sample some of our best books for the summer.

Lego Saturdays
Every summer Saturday is a Lego
Saturday (June 24-July 29)
. Use our Legos and/or Duplos to build and create. Meet new friends, share your building tips, get new ideas, and have fun!

Paws for Reading
Murphy, a certified therapy dog, and her handler, Karen, will be in the children's room on
Saturday, June 3 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
Murphy is a great listener and very patient with beginning readers.

Creation Station
Each
week of the summer reading program, there will be a different building-themed craft at the creation station to make and take.
