What do caregivers need in order to stay in
 relationship across differences?

Cultural competency requires context-responsive chaplains—people with the capacity to connect to those who are different than themselves and who recognize the role of identity, contexts, and systems of power impacting the lives of care-seekers and care-giving environments.

Our day will focus on the skills we need to meet people where they are— beginning with ourselves.
