New Evening Tai Chi Series

Tai Chi can perhaps best be thought of as a moving form of meditation.

It is a self-paced, noncompetitive, graceful form of exercise appropriate for all levels of fitness. Learning to do the forms correctly builds bone density as it increases muscle strength, flexibility and overall coordination. Practicing Tai Chi contributes to better standing, walking, and seated postures. Practitioners realize benefits including improved balance and posture, stress relief and ease of movement in life's daily activities.

Experiencing Tai Chi as meditation in motion creates a calm and tranquil mind.
 
These classes are open to everyone. People new to Tai Chi are welcome!   
 
Sliding Fee:
$120.00 when it's your first series
$90.00 second series
$60.00 third series
$45.00 fourth series and beyond

About Aerial Yoga:

Students registering for Aerial Yoga should have a strong core foundation, be able to hold a plank pose for 30 seconds, have no contraindications for inverting (hanging upside down), and have no recent hip, shoulder or spine injuries.

Students applying must be a graduate of a 200 hour teacher training program.  If applying for the Immersion track, completion of the 200 hour immersion program at Satya Life Yoga is required.
