Annual Survey Due Feb. 23
South Shore Clean Cities collects data annually from stakeholders to produce a coalition report for the U.S. Department of Energy. The report reflects all the great work Northern Indiana has accomplished with alternative fuels and reducing our environmental footprint, provides opportunities for funding alternative fuel projects, helps promote our coalition and determines awardees for our Annual Meeting & Awards!

VW Environmental Mitigation Trust Input Saught
 South Shore Clean Cities will be submitting public comment on Indiana's Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust plan to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management on behalf of our members and partners and we need your help. Your answers to a short surveywill help us convey top priorities and project areas for the spending of the nearly $41 million in the state.

Member Spotlight - NIPSCO
NIPSCO is a longtime SSCC member and partner. The Northern Indiana energy distribution company  has embraced electric vehicles & their charging infrastructure in partnership with SSCC through the IN-CHARGE program. NIPSCO's Green Power Program allows NIPSCO electric customers to  designate  a portion or their entire monthly electric  bill to power generated  by renewable sources.

Free Work Truck Show & Green Truck Summit Passes
South Shore Clean Cities members are invited to attend the Work Truck Show & Green Truck Summit 2018. The  Lake Michigan Consortium featuring our Executive Director, Carl Lisek, Chicago Area Clean Cities Executive Director Samantha Bingham &  Wisconsin Clean Cities Executive Director Lorrie Lisek will be presenting on the Michigan to Montana I-94 Clean Fuel Corridor project from 1-2 p.m. March 8 at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 S. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, Indiana, in Wabash Ballroom 2.
