We all share a common goal for our children to be safe and protected from harmful things. Related to this goal, school counselors will be presenting personal safety lessons to all students in grades 4 and 5. All lessons will be conducted on campus during your student's regular scheduled interactive learning lab according to the following schedule:
- Wednesday, February 14 - 4th Grade Session
- Wednesday, February 14 - 5th Grade Session (Part 1)
- Wednesday, February 28 - 5th Grade Session (Part 2)
Please contact
Dr. Dana Edwards with any questions.

Attention Current GOC Families!!
Registration for new families will be open through
February 28 on a first come, first served basis. For planning purposes, all existing full-time GOC students will be automatically re-enrolled for the 2018-2019 school year.
Current families with students
who will be new to GOC will need to register their child during the open enrollment period which closes
February 28. Current families are encouraged to register new students early in February to ensure space.
If you know your student
will not return to GOC next year, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can open the spot to a new family during full-time registration. Those students who will not return next year will need to come on campus to withdraw after final exams in May 2018.
Please contact the front office if you have any questions or concerns.

All students can create individual ePortfolios within Brightspace/D2L. The ePortfolio is a place where students can save their best example of work and projects throughout the school year.
A video with step-by-step directions on the process is available in the online homeroom.
We will also host a live Adobe Connect Session on Friday, March 30 at 10 a.m. to answer any remaining questions that students may have regarding their final ePortfolio submission that is due by the end of the day on March 30.

At the end of the school year, students will have the opportunity to share their ePortfolios at a special showcase.
