RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sparks Crossing in Sparks (Reno MSA), Nevada.
The 335,981 SF shopping center
features a strong lineup of national
tenants including Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost
Plus World Market, Best Buy, Michaels, PetSmart,
Ulta, and Dollar Tree.
The center is located at the intersection of
Pyramid Way and Los Altos Parkway (55,000
VPD), the dominant retail node of northeast Reno.
It is also located in close proximity to Walmart
Supercenter, Costco, Home Depot, and many
other national retailers.
The $40.2 Million acquisition continues Fund V's campaign to acquire $250 Million of value-add shopping centers in the Western Region of the United States.
