June Adoption Promotion

In observance of June Adopt-a-Cat Month, CCS is offering adoption specials on all cats-adults and kittens as well.  Kitten season is now in full swing, and we have a number of these little ones who are now old enough for adoption.  We also have many older, more settled, and very affectionate felines who are needing a forever home.  Please stop by the shelter, visit the kitten room, and also meet our more senior residents.  Your special furry friend is probably waiting just for you!

Please visit our Facebook page for more information.

Visit our website to view all our cats available for adoption.

Note: our standard adoption  screening process applies to this promotion. Further, for cats age ten and older and cats with chronic medical problems we offer our Perpet-U-Care Program which provides

$250 of veterinary care services at the CCS Cat Clinic annually.
Opt To Adopt Salli Jo
Salli Jo is ready for her forever home!  Salli Jo is a wonderful five year old who is ready to settle down.  She was left at the CCS doorstep in September of 2016 in a carrier, with just a note.  The note mentioned that Salli Jo limped when she walked, and said that about two years ago she disappeared, and came back home dragging her back legs, and had a fractured pelvis.  She was most likely hit by a car while she was out, and was very lucky to survive.  Because of this she has an odd gait, and her hips move stiffly when she walks.  She also has a luxating patella on her left leg, most likely due to the same injury that fractured her pelvis.  She will definitely have some arthritis as she ages, but she still jumps and climbs with no problem now.  She is currently on two joint supplements, and we recommend that she stay on them to help her remain comfortable.  Salli Jo is a sweet and social girl, and she loves to cuddle and sit in laps.  Come in and meet her today!

Salli Jo is part of our perpet-u-care program! Please click the link to find out more:  http://www.catcaresociety.org/adoptions/perpet-u-care
