Greetings NBCA Pastors,
 
I want to thank each of you for taking time out of your busy schedules to join our HBCU Fundraising Campaign conference call on last night.  A special thank you is extended to JoLinda Herring, Chairperson for Florida Memorial University, Dr. Joseph Evans, Dean of Morehouse School of Religion, and Dr. Kevin Cosby, President of Simmons College of Kentucky for joining our call and sharing such rich history and vision about their schools.
 
As we know, February is Black History month and NBCA is committed to not just saying something about our history but doing something to preserve our history.  Pastors, I need your financial support in order for us to achieve our goal of raising $200,000 to support these HBCU's.  I have already received several pledges from churches and I am encouraging each church to pledge.  You can bring your checks to the Mid-Winter Board as we will have a HBCU table set up.  If you are unable to pay your pledge by the Mid-Winter Board then we have set a targeted date of Thursday, March 15, 2018 to have all pledge monies submitted to the Office of the Treasurer.
