Journaling for stress reduction and self-care

It's graduation season! I know I've received a few invitations to parties, and perhaps you have family or friends of your own who are celebrating graduations from high school or college.

Besides parties and lots of food, advice usually accompanies a graduation. It's in the speech from the school president and the valedictorian. It's written in yearbooks and cards. I'm sure it's spoken more than a few times from teachers and parents.

Do you remember the advice you were given at your graduation? What would you tell yourself now?
Step 2 Journaling Exercise

You know yourself best, so why not be your own source of advice! This month's journaling exercise gives you the opportunity to tell yourself what you need to hear. Enjoy!
