Final preparations are underway for this weekend's   GymRat CHALLENGE .   Teams from MARYLAND to MONTREAL are locked in to compete in the 20th anniversary event.  We're  looking forward to watching another outstanding field battle in what will clearly be one of the biggest, most visible, and competitive events of the summer.

Doors will open at 7:15 AM with opening tip-offs taking place at 8:00 AM at all competition venues. All recruiter pre-registrations and registrations are completed through your GymRat account at https://gymratchallenge.com/gymrat/ . If you already have a GymRat account, you can quickly and easily renew your access for this year.  Instructions for how to renew can be found below. 

If you don't yet have a GymRat account, the process to 
ESTABLISH YOUR GymRat ACCESS
 is quick and easy.  We've outlined those steps in the   HOW DO I....section below . 

The $99 fee gets you into the event, weekend passes for you and your staff, and Event Program(s) containing hard copies of all rosters. Additionally, that $99 fee gets you compete and immediate access to the GymRat RECRUITING INDEX for your entire coaching staff for the entire calendar year.  Through that access, you and your entire staff can:
  • Search our extensive player database.  Online profiles are systematically created for all players competing in the GymRat CHALLENGE. All of those profiles are contained in our player database.
  • View a real time chronological list of players that your staff has viewed in our system
  • View expansive event reports
  • Message players using the GymRat RECRUITING INDEX internal communication tools
  • See a real time listing of players who have viewed your program profile
  • Track players through the GymRat system.  Tracking allows you to receive automatic notifications any time designated players post updates to their GymRat Recruiting Profile.
If your planning to attend this weekend's GymRat CHALLENGE, it's STRONGLY recommended that you complete the pre-registration process BEFORE you arrive at the event.  We are expecting over 180 college coaches to be in attendance.  Pre-registration will streamline your entry into the event.  

For those that cannot be in attendance this weekend, you can still gain access to all event rosters, reports, and information by following the instructions in the   HOW DO I....section below below.

  2. If you have a GymRat account, simply log in using your username and password
  3. If you do not have a GymRat account, simply click on the Need an account? link.  
  4. Once you've logged in, click on the Recruit @ GymRat link in the blue navigation area and follow the menu prompts. 
  5. Completing that process will pre-register your program for the event. PLEASE NOTE that subscriptions to the GymRat RECRUITING INDEX no longer auto-renew.  Each subscription gives you access to all GymRat events during a calendar year, as well as access to all of the functions of the GymRat RECRUITING INDEX during the same calendar year. Subscriptions can be renewed at any point on or after January 1st of each calendar year.
The $99 fee provides your ENTIRE COACHING STAFF with access to the GymRat RECRUITING INDEX.  Any member of your staff with an e-mail that matches your school's domain can be granted access. Additional members of your staff do NOT need to pay the $99 fee.  The only thing that they are required to have is a FREE GymRat account and an e-mail address that matches your college or university's domain (i.e., yourschool.edu)
  1. Log into your GymRat account at https://gymratchallenge.com/gymrat/login/login.html
  2.  Once you've logged in, click on the MY PROGRAMS tab in the navigation bar
  3. Click on your program to enter your Recruiting Dashboard
  4. Scroll to the AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT USERS box
  5. In the upper right-hand corner of that box, click on the ADD link and follow the prompts on the screen.
  6. PLEASE NOTE that for security purposes, ONLY those with a e-mail address that matches your school's domain can be granted access.  This security measure prevents non-institutional access to your Recruiting Dashboard.
  7. If a member of your staff needs to create a FREE GymRat account, they can do that quickly and easily by following the steps below.  That process takes approximately 90 SECONDS. Those additional staff member do NOT need to pay an additional $99 fee.  The initial $99 fee covers access for your entire program.

  2. Simply click on GET AN ACCOUNT and follow the quick and easy steps to create an account.  That process will take approximately 90 SECONDS and is completely FREE
RENEW
  1. Log into your GymRat account at https://gymratchallenge.com/gymrat/login/login.html 
  2. If you cannot remember your username and/or password, d o  NOT  create a new account.  Creating a new account will prevent you from being able to access your existing program information 
      • If you cannot remember your username, simply click on the FORGOT USER NAME link
      • If you cannot remember your password, simply click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link
  3. Once you've logged in, click on the MY PROGRAMS link in the blue navigation bar on the left hand side of your screen.
  4. Click your program in order to enter your Recruiting Dashboard
  5. Scroll down to the box labeled SUBSCRIPTION 
  6. That box will show your current EXPIRATION DATE.  If your subscription is expired, simply click on the RENEW link in the top right hand corner of that box.
  7. Follow the menu prompts to renew. That renewal provides you with pre-registration for the event.
  8.
