Summer 2015

A perfect summer day is when the sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, the birds are singing and the lawn mower is broken.

- James Dent

Can you picture this in your mind's eye? It's a beautiful lazy summer day. The children are out of school and occupied at camp (or out of the house at their summer job?). How will you spend your time? Are you playing summer tennis, working in your garden, or getting a home renovation project started?  If you have a particular home project in mind how do you plan to keep track of the steps involved - or the scope and sequence of the job?

Let me recommend that you check out HomeZada.

This program is amazing. First of all, it lives in the cloud so you can access it from anywhere on your mobile device. HomeZada has many different applications. It can store your user manuals for your appliances and electronic devices. It can also keep track of the different service providers for your home like the plumber, electrician, computer technician (you get the idea!).

Do you have a complete home inventory with photographs, descriptions, and values of your belongings? Are you asking yourself why would you want that? Very simply, everyone should have as complete of a home inventory as possible in case of natural disaster (think tornado, fire, flood, hurricane) and un-natural disaster (think robbery or theft). Having a complete home inventory that you can access from anywhere gives you the assurance that you can prove to the insurance company the exact the contents of your home. HomeZada has an easy to use home inventory application.

Getting back to your summer project - you guessed it - HomeZada has an application that lets you keep track of all the steps involved in your renovation project. I think it's great because you'll have all the information about your project in one place. Also, when you go to sell your home you will know exactly when you completed the renovation and how much it cost.

Check it out and consider using HomeZada to help you with your next home project.
