Congratulations to the organizers and participants in the recent Rankin Cancer run. Over 13000 runners, walkers, dogs and baby strollers participated, smashing through the           $1 Million mark in funds raised!  Fantastic!

Sip a glass of fruity Pinot Noir while you prepare and enjoy!
June Recipe: 
Marinated Greek Chicken
Dad! Wow them with this dish!(or get the kids to make it! :) )

-1 whole chicken cut in half
Marinade
-1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup hot sauce
-4 minced garlic cloves
-1 tbsp. oregano
-1 tbsp. olive oil
-1 tbsp. rosemary
-salt and pepper to taste

Combine all of the above marinade items.  Add chicken and let sit overnight! (or 8-10 hrs)

Remove excess marinade and place chicken on greased BBQ grill, skin side down for 15-20 minutes(350F).  Turn chicken over and repeat for 15-20 minutes. Use remaining marinade and brush on chicken during last half of grilling time. Chicken is 'done' once thickest part of thigh reaches 165F degrees.
